The oscillating granulator is a commonly used granulating and sizing machine designed to process wet powder, lump materials, or dried agglomerates into uniform granules. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, nutraceutical, feed, new material, and related industries. The equipment mainly consists of a hopper, oscillating rotor, screen, transmission system, frame, and electrical control system. During operation, the material enters the granulating chamber from the hopper. Under the reciprocating oscillation of the rotor, the material is pressed through the screen to form granules.
