The equipment usually consists of a U-shaped mixing trough, mixing blade, transmission system, tilting discharge device, machine frame, and electrical control system. During operation, materials are loaded into the mixing trough, and the mixing blade rotates at a set speed. The blade drives materials to move along the trough and in the radial direction, allowing different components to fully contact and distribute evenly.
