The single cone vacuum dryer is a low-temperature drying machine that integrates vacuum drying, mixing, and solvent recovery. It is suitable for drying powders, granules, filter cakes, and paste-like materials. The equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, pesticide, dye, new material, and fine chemical industries. It is especially suitable for heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, easily agglomerated materials, and products requiring solvent recovery.单锥真空干燥机是一种集真空干燥、混合、溶剂回收于一体的低温干燥设备，适用于粉状、颗粒状、滤饼状及膏状物料的干燥处理。设备广泛应用于制药、化工、食品、农药、染料、新材料、精细化工等行业，特别适合热敏性、易氧化、易结块及需要溶剂回收的物料。

The machine usually consists of a conical vessel, jacket heating system, agitator, vacuum system, condensation recovery system, transmission system, discharge valve, and control system. During operation, the material is loaded into the conical vessel. Under vacuum conditions, hot water, steam, or thermal oil is introduced into the jacket for heating. At the same time, the agitator slowly turns and mixes the material, continuously renewing the heating surface. Moisture or solvent evaporates quickly in the low-temperature vacuum environment and is recovered through the condenser or discharged via the vacuum line.设备通常由锥形容器、夹套加热系统、搅拌装置、真空系统、冷凝回收系统、传动系统、出料阀和控制系统组成。工作时，物料加入锥形容器内，在真空状态下通过夹套通入热水、蒸汽或导热油进行加热，同时搅拌装置缓慢翻动物料，使物料不断更新受热表面。水分或溶剂在低温真空环境下快速蒸发，并经真空管路进入冷凝器回收或排出。

The single cone vacuum dryer features low drying temperature, uniform drying, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and good sealing performance. The conical structure facilitates centralized discharge, reduces material residue, and makes cleaning easier. According to different process requirements, the equipment can be equipped with various agitator types, mechanical seals, CIP cleaning system, SIP sterilization system, explosion-proof motor, automatic control, and online monitoring systems.单锥真空干燥机具有干燥温度低、干燥均匀、效率高、能耗低和密闭性好的特点。锥形结构有利于物料集中出料，残留少，清洗方便。根据不同工艺要求，设备可配置不同形式的搅拌器、机械密封、CIP清洗系统、SIP灭菌系统、防爆电机、自动控制和在线监测系统。
