The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a vacuum drying machine designed for low-temperature drying of powders, granules, crystals, and filter cakes. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, pesticide, dye, resin, new material, and fine chemical industries. The machine mainly consists of a double cone vessel, transmission system, vacuum system, heating jacket, sealing device, and control system.双锥回转真空干燥机是一种适用于粉状、颗粒状及结晶状物料低温干燥的真空干燥设备，广泛应用于制药、食品、化工、农药、染料、新材料等行业。设备由双锥形容器、传动系统、真空系统、加热夹套、密封装置和控制系统组成。

During operation, the material is loaded into the double cone vessel. Under vacuum conditions, the vessel rotates slowly while hot water, steam, or thermal oil is introduced into the jacket for heating. The material continuously tumbles, disperses, and renews its heating surface inside the vessel. Moisture or solvent evaporates quickly under vacuum and is discharged through the vacuum system, achieving uniform, efficient, and low-temperature drying.工作时，物料装入双锥形筒体内，设备在真空状态下缓慢回转，同时通过夹套通入热水、蒸汽或导热油进行加热。物料在筒体内不断翻动、分散和更新受热表面，水分或溶剂在真空条件下快速蒸发，并由真空系统排出，从而实现均匀、高效、低温干燥。

This equipment is especially suitable for heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, easily agglomerated materials, or products requiring solvent recovery. Since the drying process is carried out in a closed vacuum environment, it helps reduce contamination and oxidation risks while improving drying efficiency.
