The two-dimensional mixer is an efficient and gentle mixing machine designed for powders and granules. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, feed, nutraceutical, new material, and related industries. The machine usually consists of a mixing drum, swinging frame, transmission system, machine frame, feeding and discharging device, and electrical control system. During operation, the mixing drum rotates around its own axis while swinging back and forth with the swinging frame. Under this two-directional movement, materials form complex flow paths inside the drum, which helps avoid mixing dead corners caused by single-direction movement and improves mixing uniformity.设备通常由混合筒、摆动架、传动系统、机架、进出料装置和电控系统组成。工作时，混合筒在传动系统带动下进行自转，同时随摆动架作往复摆动。物料在筒体内受到双向运动作用，形成复杂的流动轨迹，避免单一方向运动造成的混合死角，提高混合均匀度。
