The V-type mixing dryer is a multifunctional machine integrating mixing, vacuum drying, and low-temperature processing. It is suitable for uniform mixing and drying of powders, granules, crystalline materials, and heat-sensitive products. The equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, nutraceutical, pesticide, new material, and fine chemical industries. The main body adopts a V-shaped vessel structure and is usually equipped with a vacuum system, heating jacket, transmission system, sealing device, feeding and discharging ports, and control system. During operation, the material is loaded into the V-shaped vessel. Under vacuum conditions, the vessel rotates slowly, causing the material to disperse, tumble, and cross-flow between the two chambers for uniform mixing. At the same time, steam, hot water, or thermal oil is introduced into the jacket for heating, allowing moisture or solvent to evaporate under low-temperature vacuum conditions and be discharged through the vacuum system or recovered by a condenser.设备主体采用V型筒体结构，通常配有真空系统、加热夹套、传动系统、密封装置、进出料口和控制系统。工作时，物料加入V型筒体内，筒体在真空状态下缓慢回转，物料在两个筒腔之间不断分散、翻转和交叉流动，实现均匀混合。同时，通过夹套通入蒸汽、热水或导热油进行加热，使水分或溶剂在真空低温条件下蒸发，并由真空系统排出或经冷凝器回收。

The V-type mixing dryer features a simple structure, gentle mixing, low material residue, and easy cleaning. Since the machine operates in a closed vacuum environment, it effectively reduces oxidation, contamination, and dust leakage risks, and is suitable for production processes requiring solvent recovery. According to different materials and process requirements, the equipment can be equipped with a forced agitator, explosion-proof motor, condensation recovery system, CIP cleaning system, and automatic control system.V型混合干燥机结构简单，混合温和，物料残留少，清洗方便。由于设备在密闭真空环境下运行，可有效降低氧化、污染和粉尘外逸风险，并适用于需要溶剂回收的生产工艺。根据不同物料和工艺要求，设备可配置强制搅拌装置、防爆电机、冷凝回收系统、CIP清洗系统及自动化控制系统。
