The rake vacuum dryer is a low-temperature vacuum drying machine suitable for powders, granules, pastes, filter cakes, and high-viscosity materials. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, pesticide, dye, new material, and fine chemical industries. By combining vacuum environment, jacket heating, and rake agitation, the equipment enables uniform heating, rapid evaporation, and low-temperature drying.耙式真空干燥机是一种适用于粉状、颗粒状、膏状、滤饼状及高黏性物料的低温真空干燥设备，广泛应用于制药、化工、食品、农药、染料、新材料、精细化工等行业。设备通过真空环境、夹套加热和耙齿搅拌相结合的方式，实现物料的均匀受热、快速蒸发和低温干燥。

The machine usually consists of a horizontal cylindrical vessel, jacket heating system, rake agitator shaft, transmission system, vacuum system, condensation recovery system, sealing device, feeding and discharging ports, and control system. During operation, the material is fed into the vessel. Under vacuum conditions, steam, hot water, or thermal oil is introduced into the jacket for heating. The rake agitator rotates at low speed, continuously turning, dispersing, and renewing the heating surface of the material. Moisture or solvent evaporates quickly under vacuum and is discharged through the vacuum line or recovered by the condenser.设备通常由卧式筒体、夹套加热系统、耙齿搅拌轴、传动系统、真空系统、冷凝回收系统、密封装置、进出料口和控制系统组成。工作时，物料加入筒体内，在真空状态下通过夹套通入蒸汽、热水或导热油进行加热。耙齿搅拌轴低速旋转，使物料不断翻动、分散和更新受热表面，水分或溶剂在真空条件下快速蒸发，并经真空管路排出或进入冷凝器回收。

The rake vacuum dryer features low drying temperature, uniform heating, strong material adaptability, and good sealing performance. It is especially suitable for heat-sensitive, easily oxidized, high-solvent-content, or high-viscosity materials. The gentle low-speed agitation helps reduce agglomeration, material damage, and local overheating. The contact parts are usually made of stainless steel with a smooth inner surface for easy cleaning, meeting hygiene requirements for pharmaceutical and food production.耙式真空干燥机具有干燥温度低、受热均匀、适应性强、密闭性好等特点，特别适用于热敏性、易氧化、有机溶剂含量高或黏性较大的物料。设备运行过程中物料受剪切作用较小，可减少结块和局部过热现象。与物料接触部分通常采用不锈钢制造，内壁光滑，易清洗，符合制药和食品行业卫生要求。
