The disc dryer is a continuous conductive heating drying machine designed for drying, cooling, calcining, pyrolysis, and reaction processes of powders, granules, pastes, and filter cakes. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, pesticide, feed, environmental protection, new material, and related industries. It is especially suitable for applications requiring high drying efficiency, low energy consumption, and continuous production.盘式干燥机是一种连续式传导加热干燥设备，适用于粉状、颗粒状、膏状及滤饼类物料的干燥、冷却、煅烧、热解和反应等工艺。设备广泛应用于化工、制药、食品、农药、饲料、环保、新材料等行业，特别适合对干燥效率、能耗和连续化生产要求较高的场合。

The machine mainly consists of multiple heating discs, a central shaft, rake arms, rake blades, shell, transmission system, heating system, and moisture exhaust system. During operation, wet material is fed from the top of the dryer and gradually moves layer by layer across the heating disc surfaces under the action of rotating rake blades. The material fully contacts the heated discs, and heat is transferred to the material through conduction, causing moisture or solvent to evaporate gradually. The dried material is continuously discharged from the bottom, while vapor is discharged through the exhaust port or enters a condensation recovery system.设备主体由多层加热盘、主轴、耙臂、耙叶、壳体、传动系统、加热系统和排湿系统组成。工作时，湿物料从顶部加入，在旋转耙叶的推动下沿加热盘表面逐层移动。物料与加热盘充分接触，热量通过盘面传导至物料，使水分或溶剂逐步蒸发。干燥后的物料从底部连续排出，湿气则由排湿口排出或进入冷凝回收系统。

The disc dryer features high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, and stable continuous operation. Since the material residence time can be adjusted and temperature control is flexible, the machine is suitable for materials with different properties. According to process requirements, it can be designed for atmospheric, closed, vacuum, or inert gas protection operation, and can also be equipped with solvent recovery, explosion-proof systems, and automatic control systems.盘式干燥机具有热效率高、能耗低、占地面积小、连续运行稳定等特点。由于物料在设备内停留时间可调，温度控制灵活，因此适用于多种不同特性的物料。设备可根据工艺要求设计为常压、密闭、真空或惰性气体保护结构，也可配置溶剂回收、防爆系统及自动化控制系统。
