The hot air circulating oven is a general-purpose drying machine that uses circulating hot air for material drying, heating, and curing. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronics, agricultural products, laboratory, and research industries. The circulating fan delivers heated air evenly into the chamber, forming a stable hot air circulation inside the oven to achieve uniform heating and efficient drying.热风循环烘箱是一种利用热空气循环进行物料干燥、加热和固化的通用型干燥设备，广泛应用于制药、食品、化工、电子、农副产品、实验室及科研等行业。设备通过循环风机将加热后的空气均匀送入箱体内部，使热空气在烘箱内形成稳定循环，从而实现物料的均匀受热和高效干燥。

The equipment usually consists of an oven chamber, heating system, circulating fan, air ducts, temperature control system, moisture exhaust device, trays, and trolley. During operation, air is heated by the heater and then blown into the chamber by the fan. The hot air fully contacts the material and removes moisture. Part of the humid hot air is discharged through the exhaust port, while fresh air is introduced to maintain a stable drying environment.设备通常由箱体、加热系统、循环风机、风道、温度控制系统、排湿装置、托盘和台车等部分组成。工作时，空气经加热器升温后由风机送入箱内，与物料充分接触并带走水分。部分湿热空气通过排湿口排出，同时补充新鲜空气，以保持稳定的干燥环境。

The hot air circulating oven features precise temperature control, high thermal efficiency, uniform drying, and easy operation. The inner wall and material contact parts are usually made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and meets hygiene requirements for food and pharmaceutical production. According to different process requirements, the machine can be equipped with electric heating, steam heating, hot water heating, or thermal oil heating, and optional explosion-proof, cleanroom, automatic temperature control, and multi-stage program control systems are available.热风循环烘箱具有温度控制精准、热效率高、干燥均匀、操作简单等特点。箱体内壁及与物料接触部分通常采用不锈钢制造，易清洁，符合食品和制药行业卫生要求。根据不同工艺需求，可配置蒸汽、电加热、热水或导热油加热方式，并可选择防爆型、洁净型、自动控温及多段程序控制系统。
