The paddle dryer is a low-speed agitating drying machine mainly based on conductive heating. It is suitable for drying, cooling, and heating treatment of powders, granules, pastes, filter cakes, and sludge-like materials. The equipment is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, feed, pesticide, dye, new material, and related industries. The machine usually consists of a jacketed shell, hollow shaft, hollow paddles, transmission system, feeding and discharging devices, vapor exhaust system, and control system. During operation, heating media such as steam, hot water, or thermal oil enters the jacket, hollow shaft, and hollow paddles. Heat is transferred to the material through the metal wall surface. Under the slow agitation and conveying action of the paddles, the material is continuously turned over, its heating surface is renewed, and it gradually moves toward the discharge end, achieving continuous, uniform, and efficient drying.设备通常由夹套壳体、空心轴、空心桨叶、传动系统、进出料装置、排湿系统和控制系统组成。工作时，热介质如蒸汽、热水或导热油进入夹套、空心轴和空心桨叶内部，通过金属壁面将热量传递给物料。物料在桨叶缓慢搅拌和推动下不断翻动、更新受热表面，并逐步向出料端移动，从而实现连续、均匀、高效的干燥。

The paddle dryer provides a large heat transfer area, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, and low exhaust gas volume, which can significantly reduce the load of downstream dust collection and waste gas treatment systems. Due to its low rotation speed and gentle mixing action, it is suitable for materials sensitive to shape or temperature. According to process requirements, the equipment can be designed as single-shaft, twin-shaft, closed type, vacuum type, explosion-proof type, or corrosion-resistant type, and can be equipped with condensation recovery, dust removal, and automatic control systems.桨叶干燥机热传导面积大，热效率高，能耗低，尾气量少，可显著降低后续除尘和废气处理负荷。由于设备转速低、搅拌温和，适合处理对形态和温度较敏感的物料。根据工艺要求，设备可设计为单轴、双轴、密闭型、真空型、防爆型或耐腐蚀型，并可配套冷凝回收、除尘和自动控制系统。
