The drum scraper dryer is a continuous conductive heating drying machine designed for rapid drying of liquids, slurries, pastes, and viscous materials. It is widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, feed, dye, new material, and related industries. It is especially suitable for drying liquid or paste-like materials into flakes, powders, or granular products.滚筒刮板干燥机是一种连续式传导加热干燥设备，适用于液体、浆状、膏状及黏性物料的快速干燥。设备广泛应用于食品、化工、制药、环保、饲料、染料、新材料等行业，特别适合将液态或膏状物料干燥成片状、粉状或颗粒状产品。

The equipment usually consists of a heated drum, feeding/distribution device, scraper blade, transmission system, frame, vapor exhaust hood, and control system. During operation, steam, hot water, or thermal oil enters the inside of the drum to heat the drum surface. The material is evenly applied onto the rotating drum surface by the distribution device, forming a thin film. As the drum rotates, the thin film material fully contacts the heated drum surface, and moisture or solvent evaporates rapidly. The dried material is scraped off from the drum surface by the scraper blade and then enters the subsequent collection or crushing process.设备通常由加热滚筒、布料装置、刮刀装置、传动系统、机架、排湿罩和控制系统组成。工作时，蒸汽、热水或导热油进入滚筒内部，对滚筒表面进行加热。物料通过布料装置均匀涂布在旋转滚筒表面，形成薄膜。随着滚筒转动，薄膜物料与高温滚筒表面充分接触，水分或溶剂迅速蒸发。干燥后的物料由刮刀从滚筒表面刮下，并进入后续收集或粉碎工序。

The drum scraper dryer features a large heat transfer area, fast drying speed, high thermal efficiency, and stable continuous operation. Since the material forms a thin film on the drum surface and the heating time is short, it is suitable for some heat-sensitive materials. The machine has a compact structure, small footprint, simple operation, and easy maintenance. According to different material properties, it can be configured as single-drum, double-drum, dipping type, spraying type, or top/bottom feeding design.滚筒刮板干燥机具有传热面积大、干燥速度快、热效率高、连续运行稳定等特点。由于物料在滚筒表面形成薄膜，受热时间短，因此适用于部分热敏性物料。设备结构紧凑，占地面积小，操作简单，维护方便。根据不同物料特性，可配置单滚筒、双滚筒、浸料式、喷涂式或上/下布料结构。
